PREGNANCY MASSAGE

Each treatment is individualised to suit your body at every stage in your pregnancy. Massage during pregnancy can ease your pain and discomforts as they arise and give relief to back pain, hip and pelvic pain, sore restless legs, leg cramps, tight neck and shoulders, headaches, and oedema.

Having regular massages throughout your pregnancy will help to keep your muscles relaxed and prepare your mind and body for the birth.

This treatment is performed with the client comfortably supported in a side lying position on the massage table.


POSTNATAL MASSAGE

Assists your body to recover following the labour and birth of your baby. Easing muscular tension in the neck and shoulders associated with caring for your new baby, and helps the muscles around the pelvis and lower back to return to their neutral position. This treatment is performed with the client comfortably supported in a side lying position on the massage table.

* You are welcome to bring your new baby along to your massage appointment

** If you have had a caesarean section please allow six weeks until you have fully recovered and have had the follow up appointment with your Doctor.


INFANT MASSAGE

Learn beneficial massage techniques to help relieve your baby's: colic, wind, and constipation, aid digestion, reduce reflux, enhance the nervous system development, strengthen the immune system, and improve sleep quality.

Classes are held privately over two 60 minute classes with one or both parents, to ensure correct technique and give opportunity to have questions answered.
